Terms of Service

These Terms of Service ("Terms") are an agreement between you and AdSource LLC, 520 NW 3rd Ter, Cape Coral, FL, USA ("AdSource", "we", "us"). They govern your access to and use of the AdSource website and service (the "Service"). By creating an account or using the Service you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

1. The Service

AdSource uses artificial intelligence to read a website you provide and draft advertising campaigns — audience targeting, budget guidance, ad copy and creative concepts — and, where you have connected your own advertising accounts, to create those campaigns inside them. Campaigns created by AdSource are always created in a paused state; you are responsible for reviewing and activating them.

2. Eligibility and accounts

  • You must be at least 18 years old and able to form a binding contract.
  • You must provide accurate registration information and keep your credentials secure. You are responsible for all activity under your account.
  • Accounts are for a single user or business; do not share access credentials.

3. Free trial, subscription and billing

  • New accounts receive a 30-day free trial. A valid payment method is required to start the trial.
  • Unless you cancel before the trial ends, your subscription automatically begins at USD $29 per month and renews monthly until cancelled.
  • You can cancel at any time from the Billing page. Cancellation stops future charges and keeps access until the end of the paid period.
  • Fees are non-refundable except where required by law. See our Billing & Refunds Policy.
  • Payments are processed by Stripe. We do not store your full card details. Prices exclude taxes unless stated; you are responsible for applicable taxes.

4. Third-party ad platforms and ad spend

AdSource connects to advertising platforms such as Meta (Facebook and Instagram) and TikTok using credentials you supply. Your use of those platforms is governed by their own terms and advertising policies, and all advertising spend is billed to you directly by those platforms, not by AdSource. We are not responsible for platform decisions such as ad rejection, account restriction, delivery, or pricing.

5. Acceptable use

You agree not to use the Service to:

  • advertise illegal products or services, or violate any applicable law;
  • promote content that is deceptive, hateful, harassing, or infringes others' rights;
  • submit websites or material you do not own or have permission to advertise, or infringe any intellectual property or trademark;
  • attempt to reverse engineer, scrape, overload, or gain unauthorised access to the Service;
  • violate the advertising policies of Meta, TikTok, or any connected platform.

We may suspend or terminate accounts that breach this section.

6. AI-generated content

Output produced by the Service is generated automatically and may contain errors, inaccurate claims, or content unsuitable for your business or jurisdiction. You must review every campaign, claim and creative before publishing it and you remain solely responsible for the advertising you run and its legal compliance.

7. Your content and ownership

You retain ownership of the website content, brand assets and data you provide. You grant us a limited licence to process them for the purpose of operating the Service. Subject to your payment of fees, you own the campaign drafts generated for you. We retain all rights in the Service itself, including its software, design and trademarks.

8. Availability

The Service is provided on an "as available" basis. We may modify, suspend, or discontinue features, and we do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation.

9. Disclaimers

To the maximum extent permitted by law, the Service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose and non-infringement. We make no guarantee of any advertising result, reach, conversion or return.

10. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, AdSource LLC will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages, or for lost profits, revenue, data or ad spend. Our total aggregate liability arising out of the Service is limited to the amount you paid us in the twelve (12) months preceding the claim.

11. Indemnity

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless AdSource LLC from claims, damages and expenses arising from your use of the Service, your advertising, or your breach of these Terms.

12. Termination

You may stop using the Service and delete your account at any time. We may suspend or terminate access for breach of these Terms or for non-payment. Sections that by their nature should survive termination will survive.

13. Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms. Material changes will be notified by email or in the app before they take effect. Continued use after the effective date constitutes acceptance.

14. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Florida, USA, without regard to conflict-of-law rules. The courts located in Lee County, Florida will have exclusive jurisdiction, unless mandatory law in your country of residence provides otherwise.
