Billing & Refunds Policy

1. Free trial

Every new account gets a 30-day free trial of AdSource Pro. A valid payment method is required to start it, but you are not charged during the trial.

2. Subscription

• After the trial, the subscription renews automatically at USD $29 per month until you cancel.
• Charges appear on your statement from AdSource LLC and are processed by Stripe.
• Prices exclude any applicable sales tax or VAT, which is added at checkout.

3. Cancellation

You can cancel at any time from the Billing page in your account. Cancelling during the trial means you are never charged. Cancelling on a paid plan stops all future charges, and you keep access until the end of the period you already paid for. After that, your account moves to read-only: existing campaigns remain visible but new generation and publishing are disabled.

4. Refunds

Subscription fees are non-refundable. We do not refund partial months or unused time — you cancel to prevent the next charge. This does not affect statutory rights that cannot be waived under the law of your country of residence.

If you were charged in error, charged twice, or believe there is a billing mistake, contact support@adsource.app within 30 days of the charge and we will investigate and correct genuine errors.

5. Advertising spend

Your AdSource subscription does not include advertising budget. Meta and TikTok bill you directly for any ad spend on the campaigns you activate, under their own terms; we cannot refund platform ad spend.

6. Failed payments

If a payment fails we may retry it and will email you. Access may be suspended until payment succeeds.
