Privacy Policy

Last updated: August 5, 2026

This Privacy Policy explains how AdSource LLC, 520 NW 3rd Ter, Cape Coral, FL, USA ("AdSource", "we") handles personal data when you use adsource.app. This page is maintained by AdSource LLC and describes our own practices; it is not an independent certification or audit.

1. Data we collect

  • Account data — email address, and name or profile details if you sign in with Google.
  • Campaign data — the website URLs you submit and the campaign drafts, audiences and ad copy generated for you.
  • Ad platform credentials — the access tokens and account identifiers you enter for Meta and TikTok, stored so we can create campaigns on your behalf.
  • Billing data — subscription status, plan and billing period. Card details are collected and stored by Stripe, not by us.
  • Technical data — IP address, device/browser information and basic logs generated when you use the Service.

2. How we use it

  • to create your account, authenticate you and provide the Service;
  • to generate campaigns and publish them to the ad accounts you connect;
  • to process subscriptions, trials and payments;
  • to provide support and send service-related messages;
  • to secure the Service, prevent abuse and comply with legal obligations.

We do not sell your personal data, and we do not use it for advertising unrelated to your own campaigns.

3. Legal bases (EEA/UK users)

We process data to perform our contract with you (providing the Service), on the basis of legitimate interests (security, service improvement, fraud prevention), to comply with legal obligations, and with your consent where required (for example non-essential cookies).

4. Processors and sharing

We share data only with providers who process it on our behalf:

  • Supabase (via Lovable Cloud) — database, authentication and hosting of application data;
  • Lovable — application hosting and the AI gateway used for campaign generation;
  • Google — optional sign-in provider;
  • Stripe — payment processing and subscription billing;
  • Meta and TikTok — receive the campaign data you choose to publish, using your own credentials.

We may also disclose data where required by law or to protect our rights. Some providers are located in the United States; transfers rely on the providers' standard contractual clauses or equivalent safeguards.

5. Retention

We keep account and campaign data for as long as your account is active. If you delete your account, we delete or anonymise your personal data within 30 days, except records we must keep for legal, tax or accounting purposes. You can remove stored ad platform tokens at any time from the Ad accounts page.

6. Security

Data is stored on managed cloud infrastructure and transmitted over HTTPS. Access to your rows is restricted to your authenticated account by database row-level security, and credentials are only read by server-side code. No system is perfectly secure, so we cannot guarantee absolute security.

7. Your rights

Depending on where you live, you may have the right to access, correct, delete, restrict, or port your data, to object to certain processing, and to withdraw consent. California residents may request disclosure of data collected and may opt out of "sale" or "sharing" — we do neither. To exercise a right, email support@adsource.app; we respond within 30 days. EEA/UK users may also complain to their local supervisory authority.

8. Children

The Service is not directed to children under 18 and we do not knowingly collect their data.

9. Cookies

See our Cookie Policy for details of the cookies and local storage we use.

10. Changes and contact

We will post updates to this policy here and notify you of material changes. Questions or privacy requests: AdSource LLC, 520 NW 3rd Ter, Cape Coral, FL, USA — support@adsource.app
